The team operate as one large outreach service providing support to members of the community with all your support needs; from one hour per week to 24 hours per day.

 

We can provide you with a tailored support package wherever you wish to receive it such as:

• A few hours per week to go shopping

• Support within the family home

• Develop independent living skills at our specialised day service for adults with enhanced needs

• Day to day support within a shared housing scheme where you have your own tenancy
