Diagnosis of bi-polar

Mr Goodwin can be double incontinent ( He was not when he was originally on HB6- reason for this currently unknown) and shows signs of confusion.

Requires support to have a daily shower.

Able to walk however needs prompting to thoroughly wash and to change clothes daily. Please ensure he has clean clothes to wear. Support to put on socks.
